Back home and back in school.

His pre-mission suit is a little large now.

Enjoying some Indian food. He likes very HOT and SPICY food now.

He still eats with his fingers sometimes, like they do in Ghana.

Life after returning Home...

Brady went to Idaho to watch his former mission companion get married in the Rexburg Temple. Brady served with Elder Holt for over 3 months in the Mateheko District in Accra Ghana. Elder Holt (now Steve) has been home now for about 8 months. Elder Bills (now Brady) has been home for 17 days.

Brady's first American Hotdog since arriving home!

Steve and Aubrey Holt!

Brady came out victorious in the garter toss at the reception.

I'll bet they would have been surprised if they could have seen this future day as they served in together in the Accra Ghana mission.

A great day!!!

Elder Bills is home!!!!!

Elder Bills is home!!!!!

He arrived home in August 2011.
Flight Tracker. He's on his way home from Accra Ghana for his first stop in New York.
Now he's entering Iowa. Time to leave for the airport.

Ready for Elder Bills to return home.

Waiting at the airport.

Still waiting...

The plane has landed, but none of the missionaries have been seen yet.

He was the first one down the escalator. He's home!!!!

He looks good!

Greeting family and friends.

There was a crowd. There were about 6 missionaries returning from various missions to Africa that flight

Elder Bills and dad.

It's so good to see him. Talking to a neighbor whose son on a mission arrives home on a later flight.

Our Family!

He was on a plane for 18 hours, with a 5 hour layover between.

Found his luggage.

Elder Bills and his big sister.

Elder Bills and mom

Elder Bills and mom. I am happy!

Elder Bills and dad.

Comparing tans. We are so white.

Heading for home.

Everyone is white. Help!

Elder Bills moves fast, same as before his mission. It's hard to keep up.

We wore our brightest colored print clothing so he would feel more at home. He didn't notice.

In the airport parking garage.

He lost lots of weight. He needs some more holes punched in his belt.

Elder Bills with cool mission Kente scarf. It is woven Kente fabric.

Showing photos from his camera.

Telling stories.

His feet are very itchy.

...which is what happens when you wear the same pair of shoes your entire mission!

Sister is happy!

Visiting grandma

and Grandpa

Gifts for sister.

...more itchy feet. The doctor will fix that up tomorrow.

Stopped for dinner at the Spaghetti factory. He really wanted spaghetti with mizithra cheese and a side of broccoli.

So many choices.

Standing next to mission or military flags.

England and Ghana

The next day after he was released.

His first American Cheeseburger.

So many white people and it is cold outside so he picked a spot in the sun.

Brady is tan. The burger was not agreeing with his stomach.

Went to Salt Lake to meet Bishop and Sister Engemann from Ghana who were in SLC for some training.

We went to "This is the Place" monument. Brady loves Bishop and Sister Engemann. He was in the McCarthy Hills ward for 7 months on his mission.

It was nice for him to visit them and see familiar faces from Ghana.

We also went to visit the temple quarry.

You can see the holes where the stone cutters practiced pounding in bars they use to crack the rock.

Little cottonwood canyon

Going to the temple.

Visiting a neighbor.

Brady and his dad in their kente ties.

Oquirrh mountain temple

Telling stories to Craig about his mission.

Going to see his sister in her play. He was cold so he had to wear a jacket.

Visiting some friends in the play. His sister plays a "blonde character" from the 1920's.

His sister and her husband in the Hale Theater play "The Drowsy Chaperone".

It is a musical comedy. David tap dances.

Brady and his big sister after the show.

They enjoy each other. He enjoys teasing her a lot.

Grandpa's 80 Birthday. A special occassion deserves some cool Nigerian wear.

A member made these outfits.

It is good to be home, but he is also missing the people of Ghana that he loves so much!!! He said his mission was the greatest 2 years and he is very blessed to have served in the Accra Ghana mission.
